Innovative Advantages of INOMA Series Forklifts

 

The TCM inoma series forklifts inherited the excellent features of the company's existing products, and made more innovative designs at the same time.

These innovative designs make getting on and off the forklift more convenient, rideability, mobility, safety, durability, and maintainability.

5. The parking brake position is innovatively arranged on the right side of the steering wheel, which is more convenient to operate with the right hand according to the ergonomics,
while ensuring get more space to get on and off the left side of the forklift.  

6.The tilt cylinder is stowed under the bottom plate area , which increases the pedal area by 45%, making it easier to operate by feet and get on and off the forklift.

7. The width of the steps is increased by 55%, which increases the space for getting on and off the vehicle and enhances the sense of peace of mind. 

8. By lowering the connecting material of the instrument panel and the mast, realized the superior front vision, and improved the recognition of the forks greatly.

The upper shape of the truncated balance weight is used to effectively increase the retreat vision and increase the safety when retreating. 

9.Use a small diameter steering wheel to reduce operator fatigue and improve operability. The bottom is made into a semicircle to facilitate getting on and off the forklift. 

10. An anti-skid pad is added to the upper side of the hood to facilitate the operator to get off the forklift and improve safety.

11. Carefully adjust the position of the cooling fan, radiator, and muffler to reduce the temperature of the cooling water.

The redesigned hydraulic system reduces system pressure loss and greatly improves the durability of the hydraulic system.

12. The integrated bottom plate does not need to be disassembled and can be easily taken off. The gearbox and multi-way valve device are convenient and quick to check and maintain.
